New rule this year, you can't take another players helmet off. That should've been 4 for Thornton, but he got nothing. I understand that the refs might not have seen when he pulled Kelly's helmet off, but the ref clearly saw him take of marchy's.

@@colinf3963 that's a dumb rule. When players drop the gloves the helmets most of the time come off. It just happens, not to mention alot of dudes shoulda got penalized then. No way that many players took their own helmets off.

@@mickeyromeo To be a professional in anything (sports, debate, yo-yoing, whistling, etc), you have to put a lot of time and effort into the craft as well as mentally. Working out, memorizing plays, shifts, and patterns are all essentials for being a professional in sports. For you to say it is a sport for "talent-less individuals" is extremely ignorant, and I would honestly be embarrassed to unironically make that statement. Not only could you not skate as well as them, you could not take a beating like they do and then proceed to skate on the same tier as before the beating, and handle the puck without dropping to your knees. You'd be gasping for air within the first ten seconds.
Zoomscoping the funny thing is he pronounces their names better than most that are paid to commentate the games.

Goalies don't fight well, they don't have range of motion.
I may be wrong with all the rule changes and rumors that float around but I thought at one point they made it illegal for goalies to fight and would remove them from the game so they just kind of stand there
Marc Andre Fleury has seen more than enough fights in his heyday to care for this. Just gave a stick away
RK TR Sometimes the goalies fight each other. I think it mostly has to do with the gear they’re wearing, they’d be at a disadvantage trying to fight another player

Watching Jumbo Joe in any altercation is always a good time. He's just so freaking strong and seems to calmly move guys around whether they want to get moved or not, and when he starts throwing punches it just looks like an awful time for whoever he's up against.
