Great review. That's a great price for burger and fries rated at 8. Since beef ground in house is one of your focus points, perhaps you ought to ask the server whether they grind in house. For example you can't really tell who grinds the beef for Holstein unless you ask. BTW, there are quality high end meat purveyors that sell top notch ground beef to restaurants.

I've had bar code, did a great review, I believe it's hydroponic bib lettuce, they course grind burger, that rare is perfect for me lol. But understand, I love the burger there, but it's once or twice a visit, I thought would be higher than 8, but it's what got, not much more of interest there, so usually just my brother and I lol. That burger is a steal for what you paid for it.
Just had a burger at Wally's. It is up there with Holstein's as top in Vegas. Run, don't walk there if you want to review a good burger.
