If scheme certificate available, which date to be mentioned as date of joining in eps, present company's date of joining or previous company's date of joining.
Second, is it passport size photo with husband and wife or post card size. Please clarify. And also explain the contents to be filled by the employer to verify the application in tact. Thank you.
