In Poland we have too a kind of ,,yougrt" that you eat. We call it kvarg and it is a kind of a cream cheese which is rich in protein. It contains about 20g of protein/portion. It also has many flavours, e.g. vanilla or strawberry 😊

We do have kvarg in Britain - they started selling these a couple of years ago and I am totally obsessed. We also have skyr in strores. They are just the best. But I never saw a soy based ones similar to what you were having. Alhough, Alpro started doing "protein" enriched version of their yogurts recently and I think they would be akin to yours.

I like spanian colonial houses 😅 lil like Pamela Reif has on Ibiza, i really like the view of her home. I need my home to have an history or feel like another time, colonial times😅.
