    Very helpful video! Just want to mention that, mayonnaise is actually an oil-in-water emulsion, where oil droplets are dispersed by a continuous water phase. It may seem counterintuitive because there is way more oil than water in mayonnaise.

    What is the best way to chemically Demulsifier water and oil?
