It’s a bold move saying something is the best one among others but I am fully behind my claim. Many would consider UE Fenrir or UE Bulgasari to be the best ultimate in previous metas but UE Phantom is the better one at the moment. In terms of tankyness sure it’s behind UE Fenrir. But being a tank is not everything. Phantom fulfills more roles than its counterparts. With its high mobility it’s an excellent beacon runner. With armadillo (which I think is a must for UE Phantom) it gets enough DP to be considered a strong tank. With its mitigation immunity during its ability, it can fight almost all titans. Very useful teleportation mechanics to escape tough situations or perform tricky maneuvers against the enemy. And most importantly ability to heal 15% of your total HP and gray HP. This is a big deal which strongly pushes the UE Phantom to nr 1 spot. Other bots need Avalon to perform this and after ship rebalance it recharges slowly, while UE Phantom can heal massive chunks of HP every 10-25 seconds depending on the usage of back teleportation. In the gameplay I presented I brawled UE Shocktrain Bulgasari, Bersagliere, Bedwyr and multiple others, occupying 2-3 of them at the same time and pushing the team for the victory. disagree, the ultimate bulgasari player you faced was just awful, the bulgasari has the same strengths mentioned, with its shield its stronger than any robot in the game, if used properly its unkillable and occupies multiple enemies constantly, just itching to kill it at all. ue phantom gets bodied by the raw damage output, and it isnt fair. they released bulgasari at such a power imbalance its disgusting, and the phantom as a chassis cannot keep up. it heals a lot, but it cannot unfortunately outheal the ultimate shocktrains if the bulgasari user has any idea what theyre doing. he rushed in close like a braindead idiot, and you came out victorious because of that. one on one in a normal scenario with pilots of equal skill, the phantom would struggle hopelessly.
4:37 Fighting against UE Bulgasari is very interesting to watch. With the UE Punisher, it is difficult to destroy the UE Bulgasari's shields, but by moving around quickly you will be able to deal damage from where the shields cannot prevent it.
Agreed. I use mine like a massively improved Gareth. Make your way into red’s spawn and cause havoc. Best bot WR has ever produced. I use the pascal drone so will try the armadillo after watching this. By the way, Agyir, you’re by far the best tactical WR mentor on CZcams.

Tests done at the end are very useful as those were questions I frequently saw regarding UE Phantom. I definitely agree with it being the best ultimate. The versatility it has is tremendous, and a built in Avalon-like heal (exact percentages if I'm not mistaken) combined with unmitigable resistance in a long ability gives it incredible potential. The big thing with Phantom is it takes a relatively high amount of skill to make it hyper-effective, requiring things such as ability management, map awareness, and positioning. Those abilities are too often lacking in the more vocal high-spenders.
ngl the amount of skill u had during this game especially with confusing the enemy instead of taking them head on was probably some of the best things I’ve ever seen. Regardless of the bot being ultimate he is just a rlly good player and that i respect 😤

I love the UE phantom. Once the defense from Armadillo stacks up Phantom is indestructible. I can easily take on Titans with it when in ability. And after blinking back you get more HP. It’s a fun troll!!!
Wow. That first game you wrote the textbook on how to play the Phantom to its full potential. There was a few times I thought "he's dead here" only for you to regain some HP and get more kills! That was highly impressive play! Some of those DP stats are crazy!!! This little bot really is a menace! I've seen a few where they either haven't got the set up right or they don't know how to best use Phantoms ability and they get killed. Skills are still very much alive in this game no matter what equipment you run. You still have to get the best out of it!!
Yup, while I don't have Bulgasari or Fenrir, I do have phantom, and it can go head to head with titans plus gray damage healing guaranteed, while fenrir is too slow to escape and Bulgasari wilts under titan flames.

Id still likely favor bulga or fenrir but I cant say that im not kinda sad about missing this one. If I didnt get bulga, I couldve gotten this one. But I honestly think Bulga is a better bot for me.
You know, it’s always Ultimate stuff shown by nearly every content provider. Nothing against any of you, but most of these builds are unattainable for the average player like me. Sure, I could spend like a lottery winner and ma eventually get some, but I don’t have the spare coin to do so. So to me, it’s all pie in the sky.
It's fine that ultimate phantom is powerful, but it's the worst thing ever that PIXONIC ruined the third ultimate scouge task and didn't get a single scouge even after drawing the ultimate data pad five times. They're making fun of paying users. ;(
I'm very impressed. One question tho: do you consider the UE punishes better weapon choices than the UE scourges? I like that UE punishers bypass the last stand but that 7-second reload time is a little unbearable.
Defense mitigation when robots and titans can easily have 3-4+ times their actual HP due to absurd amounts of defense points is a must-have imo, more than worth the reload time
@@KogasaTatara514 that's true, but the Ult Scourge have more range, and they deal increased damage in close proximity in addition to the quicker reload. And you can aqquire a 25% damage mitigation bonus from the nuclear amplifier, so I'm actually not sure which one is better.... maybe still the Ult Punish T's since they deal double damage against physical and energy shields, but you still need to deal with the three seconds of firing to reach their acceleration mode, which is annoying without the pilot skill.
Aygir! I have a set up for you that also includes the armadillo drone, it's the pathfinder with the vacuum weapons. It's really insane! On a side note, I knew from the start when the Ult Phantom was introduced that it could be better than the fenrir!
