  • Not All Cooks can be Perfect! I went into this cook all excited to try and make an excellent duck dinner for my family.. Unfortunately my lack of experience with this Fowl became apparent at the end when I over seared the breasts and under cooked the legs and wings.. So, Don't Cook you Duck like this! LOL!! I have to post it anyway just to show that we are all human and have bad cooks every once in awhile

Darrin, this is one of my favorite of your videos. It's important for people to understand that the best way to learn, especially cooking, is trial and error. The best cooks I know are my mother, and grannies. And guess what, they burned something occasionally. Under, or over seasoned something occasionally. But, man!!, when they got it right......😍😍😍😍. Important for people to understand that, not just about cooking, but about life. Don't be afraid to mess up, but learn something from it, and move on. Glad the breast was at least a save. I have yet to try duck, or goose, but on my list of hopefuls someday. Thanks Darrin!! Keep it up!

@@dollarasoo Well, I pretty much said in the video that I fucked this cook up, but here you come along 3 years later to try and insult me.. I wonder if you are just trolling to make yourself feel better.. I looked at your channel and see nothing... So thanks for resurrecting this video with more activity so I make more $$.. 🤣
