I mean it was obvious they were gonna nerf it, and 12 seconds isnt that bad
It’s meant for general play not boss damage phases
Like the fragment does more than just the reloading part
They should just rework these auto reload fragments and make them do something else (i.e: forsaken/shadowkeep lunafactions, sealed aham. grasps w/ burning, and any instant reload perk/ability)

i get that freezing and refreshing a target is a bit easier than using a grenade to reload like on strand, but fucking 11 seconds when strand cooldown is 3!!!
To be fair stasis has near same cooldown for same reload capabilities

Warlocks and hunters especially out damage titan to the point of complete irrelevancy, they have literally no idea what the class is supposed to do or be.

The cooldown timer has actually always been there(labelled as a buff for some reason), its just resetting upon freeze/supress pre nerf, now its displaying properly according to bungie's eyes

It's the same if not very similar on void, but it's also literally worthless there as well. The only reason people were running this on prismatic is because you can get extra fragments.

I mean tbf voids facet of dominance or whatever has a 10 second cooldown. Id actually play void if it was 5 seconds, prismatic is already busted but now without this, the only play is apotheosis for warlocks, otherwise its back to rain of fire and solar.

this really sucks because the activation requirements make it so that you could easily accidentally activate it when you dont want to and now you get 0 benefit
God forbid titans have a single ok/decent DPS rotation with minimal reloads but shit like still hunt can exist.
Command was clearly working unintentionally, and has much wider application in its brokenness. Still Hunt is much more limited, but also, that thing is so obviously getting nerfed due to its unreasonable effectiveness.
@@lorddarkflare facet of command was constantly instantly reloading on silence and squall and bleak watcher, guess which classes those abilities are on, instead of completely ruining the perk to complete irrelevance they should actually rebalance it.
They could keep the nerf it it reloaded all my weapons I had instead of just the one I’m holding. Hot swap rotations would be fun like that.

@@AroeOranthis. Throwing a stasis turret or duskfield for old lunafactions was insanely strong but now that it has this cooldown, it might as well be worthless, outside of incredibly short DPS windows where you really only have time for a bit over one mag

Guys, it isn’t a nerf, the facet of command had the cooldown from the start you could see it, the problem was that the cooldown wasn’t working, so at least don’t call it a nerf like bungie didn’t allow us to have fun for two weeks with something with at you have to admit was damn OP.
Anyways, bungie change the cooldown to at least 7 seconds plssssssss
The icon was for the buff, i think stability and handling. Same as echo of dominance, but dominance you need to proc the buff to reload. They changed it to be the same, but 11 / 12 seconds instead of 10.
There isn’t a typical “cooldown” its every time you proc the buff, which now you can no longer spam proc it, you have to wait until the buff is over to proc again. So it is a nerf. Idk why it’s so long when you can be on strand and literally do damage to get a grenade and spam reload with it.
They just really don’t want people playing the game after the first week. Cuz Echoes just ain’t it Bungie.

Ngl this nerf was very deserved. Being able to dump your entire reserve in such a short burst was insane. I think itll still have a place for squeezing out a drop more dps for some rotations but thats about it
