Even though this video is only 5 months old, Meta has already completely overhauled their user interface since this video was published. So frustrating...even still, there is some really good information here. I especially needed to hear about the target audience. Thanks for clarifying things.

@@RossWelch No it was incredibly useful. The only feedback I would have is maybe cut it up as a shorter video next time. Or maybe do it as part 1, part 2, exc. I get a lot of value out of your videos so I made time to watch it. However, someone new may look over it just because of the time.

Side question: why is it limiting my headline to 25 characters but yours is much longer?

Should I always use leads campaign? What about sales and engagement campaigns??

Depends on what you want. For video professionals leads is more effective because it'll cost a lot to get someone to make purchase without having a phone call first to talk about their needs and the scope of work

Hi Ross. First, god bless you for the infinite amount of valuable information. Second, I have a few cold email questions that I'm very confused about and I would really appreciate your help.
    1) I keep hearing email outreach is a numbers game. Do you think sending 50 template emails with little to no personalization or 20 more personalized emails with time dedicated to finding an important email (which most of the time can't be found) is more worthwhile but takes much more of your time throughout the day so you can't send as many emails? Or stick to firing out 50 cold emails a day?
    2) As mentioned above, how important is the opening personalization line? I've been recently emailing luxurious salons, most of the time I can't find something personal about them like an award on their website, is using "love your website, particularly your sleek and elegant studio" enough personalization to copy and paste on every salon cold email?
    3) If I can't find the owner/marketing manager's email but I can find the owner's name, is it ok to open the email with "Hello (salon owner name)," even though the email I'm sending it to is likely front desk/reception (info@salon.com) but there's a chance they forward the email to the owner or should I just stick to "Hello," if it's not the owner's email?
    4) If no response to my cold emails after a week, can my follow up message be through Insta instead of a follow up email? If so, should the Insta message state that I've sent them an email and I'm following up or should my Insta message be a fresh cold email style message as if I never emailed them 7 days prior?
    5) Is it ok to mention affordable as an attention grabber? My closing line is "Our focus is on providing premium quality content at an affordable rate. If you're interested in seeing some of our work, here is a link to our track record: www.mediashake.ca/".
Sorry for the questions. Feel free to only write a couple of words on each question but I'd really appreciate your answers as I'm very unsure. Thank you as always Ross!

Hey!! You're very 🙏🏼 of course... I hope this helps:
Always personalise! 20 is better than 50 imo.
It can be hard but you might want to think about things like VSL's? To make it more personal. (I cover this in the training event - Training.perspectiveacademy.co.uk)
I'd take a look at hunter.io and see if you can find thier email. If not, yes I'd email the general one with their name and also send connect on LinkedIn etc. And message then just letting them know you've sent an email.
I'd follow up after 3/4 days on email and with a call or another method. A call will always give you a quick answer though!
You can mentioned you sent an email but you're not sure it went though.
I think affordable is fine when you're starting out. I'd then move away from it as you understand your clients and market more.
      Hope that all helps 😊🙌🙏🏼
