This is her business. She sells for income. If you haven't, watch some of her other videos. She buys at thrift stores and resells online and she has a brick and mortar store. She's really good at it

Now that I have lived on the west coast for several years, I understand various estate sale references. However, I can’t say that I felt the same when I was younger living on the east coast. While everyone should be able to have their own opinions/thoughts, they shouldn’t be expressed in derogatory ways.
I am very happy that the move has begun. As is usual, you are quickly reassessing and adjusting. Uncanny IMHO. 💛

Poor Danni has moved so many times since I started watching it’s amazing she doesn’t have a breakdown! Thank goodness she has family and friends to lean on . Still it’s so much to deal with !! At least with this move she can feel secure in her own home ❤
We can only hope so.. I have never in my life seen someone have to move with so many issues. Finding peace is a wonderful place to be.
In my area we call it a "Living" Estate sale. This tells everyone the owners are downsizing and moving. Best wishes in your new home.

Ask the movers if they want any of the items the sellers left behind.
Just go slow, room by room. That looks way too overwhelming for one or two people to tackle alone. Im so happy that you finally get a home to call your own! I love the backyard!
That's a great idea! I feel for those guys with the amount of stuff they have to move and the scorching hot temps!
Get the kids on packing kitchen. Let your son manage that as he knows what he needs and should be good to head up that project
I don't care to remember the decade I moved 6 times in 7 years. You, Danni, are doing so well, prioritizing with less time constraints, aleviating some stress. Plus, this home is yours and gorgeous! God Bless you and your loved ones!

If you have a pool table in the house and you ever need a large dinner table, just cover the pool table with a sheet of wood and a table cloth. You can also buy a cover for the pool table that was made to change it to a dining table.

I am packing up 110 years worth of property from my Parent's home and 50 years of my own stuff from my apartment. You'll be ok...just keep swimming! I love your videos! My heart goes out to you...

I so, so agree with GARY, dived the work up , you are a Manager! Dan, Save your self for that Horse Ranch,please!! Your kids will appreciate you for the extra push and guidance, because they are not learning work ethics from you because you are doing it all. If you give them that they will not fear work outside of your home. They will learn giving a helping hand gets things done to improve their environment and takes the stress off you.

I can tell you are a little more relaxed once you put that in your head that you’re not gonna get it all done in one day and that it’s gonna take a little longer I can even see it in your face. I’m glad you faced that problem and relax a little.
You are doing so good. I know you are thankful for having so many people to help you. Also having a 2 part estate sales is fantastic idea and you dont have a deadline. You can always close doors to rooms you don't want to sell and tie kitchen cabinets if pressing for time. Some people don't realize how hard when having a business in home is more complicated than usual one. One thing when final move make up beds first and have toiletries ready so you can crash. You are inspiring, Danni! I moved 6 years ago from house that we lived in for 40 years. I don't know how I did it, but it got done. You are doing a great job! I give you credit for deciding not to just move things without going through it, and making some hard decisions now and not taking everything to new house.
I have moved many, many times. Sometimes I've been organized, other times I haven't. But no matter the situation, when it comes down to the final moments I always end up stuffing things in big plastic bags and shoving them in my car. Moving is hard. Best wishes.

Your clarification about estate sales versus yard sales is spot on! Yard sale / garage sale is your lower tier sale whereas estate sale sets the tone for higher prices.
When is your sale? I'm gonna have to drive from Upstate NY cuz I see a ton of stuff I'd buy.

I love ❤️ my reference books too. And bc you are selling things inside your house and big stuff, it does dictate an estate sale. Another name that would work is a "tag sale." I've seen that used before too...and it's inside too. Such a TON of work! If you're not already exhausted, you will be. Hang in there! Wishing you good luck and great sales!
