is this a good GoXLR replacement how does it go with a SM7B mic?
I believe it is. It has a preset for the SM7B you can download in their effects store that worked great for me as an out of box experience.
@@DarkenedCyrus i have one of Avermedias 4k capture cards I do like there capture cards over the elgato ones but there software is pretty bad. I am wondering if the software you get with this is equality as bad or better?
@pkerry12 it’s not as good as Elgato, but for what it offers, it’s fantastic.
I will say they are planning to do some optimization and updates, so I’d feel good about it

Thanks for the love! Yes, it’s called a KVM Switch. You plug your keyboard and mouse into that switch. The switch has one USB port that will plug into each device and you switch your keyboard/mouse input between devices using a toggle button

Lol, it is Twitter and no reason you can’t use a fethead or a cloudlifter. IMO, if you don’t have room for a fethead because of mic design, cloudlifter is the way to go. Also, a fethead isn’t as popular of a preamp tool and using terminology that a majority of people know is a way of making connections and meeting people where they are.

The thing with the Cloudlifter is that I just don't like it if people only mention that without also mentioning a Fethead, cause maybe there are some people who only know about the former or think it is better, while a Fethead gives you exactly the same for a much cheaper price. And mic design? Well, then you just attach it to the interface.
so, with this thing we still need the phantom power 48v for the mic? i heard its a mixer + stream deck but i didnt understand the part of the sound if it requires the phantom for the mic or not

😮😅 $399 ouch! Even on sale $299 that's a lot of money. I love how all these companies just think we are just made of money. Shit I can't even get 10 people into my streams let alone get 50 followers or 5 people chatting.
Totally agree with you. I cover a lot of budget options on this channel, but for those looking for that upgrade and want XLR, Stream Deck, and more? I think this is a great upgrade. The budget option is to use the Stream Deck app on your phone or free options for Android and get the Fifine mixer I covered for 50$
@@DarkenedCyrus yeah i know about the fifine mixer but unfortunately im currently streaming from my xbox series s. I can't even afford to use lightstream to add the overlay and alerts. But eventually i plan to get that fifine mixer and the fifine am8 once once i get a capture card and a pc that can handle the capture card and obs.

restream is literal scam...they ask 49,99 or something per month jsut so you could stream stone age 1080p...
1080p is Stone Age? And it’s $20/month for 5 destinations at 1080p, or free for 2 at 1080p.
