In our country say self-employed people evade paying tax as they are not in the tax net. I am aware road side vegetable vendors, pakoda makers and some such people who are very rich do not pay tax. Do such people evade tax in Germany.

In europian countries rules are framed and followed strictly. But in india rules and law is good but not followd by peoples and politicians. Very high population is one of the reason.
