I love the honey one on you Ally, the original translucent powder leaves a slight cast. I have both the regular and the medium deep and I use both. I think I'll check out the honey one though! Great review 😍😍😍

The medium deep is a tad too dark for my skin tone. I got it back when it was first released and way before honey ever came out. Bummer because I don’t like how much it affects my face! 😩 I don’t even notice a difference with setting powder though. What does it do for you?

Honestly I only use medium deep to set my primer before foundation to make it smoother or if i’m feeling it i’ll use it to set the areas that are not highlighted. I personally think honey and translucent are toooo similar. Honey could have been soo much deeper but I have a feeling they are going to release a deeper yellow powder 😂

hi, is the beauty blender damp when u use it why applying the Laurier Mercier setting powder ?

Ever so slightly damp, too wet and the sponge will soak up the powder & I find that a dry sponge has the product sit on the face rather than blend in so I wet it a little x

There is zero difference! I prefer the original translucent on you because it seemed to blend out better.

The OG is really good tbh😂 Honey is equally as nice and I personally think either will do as the difference isn’t THAT noticeable! A good deeper powder is the beauty bakerie powder in plantain! xx

My medium deep honestly just sits in my vanity case I see it all the time but reach for my mac mineralized skin finish instead because its not a loose powder 🤷🏾‍♀️

I don’t actually 😂 I probably should do some! Whenever I have makeup I don’t want I literally put it all in a bag and give it to my little sister. She wears makeup everyday so I know she’ll put it to good use😂
