- In this video, we move into the next day of protesting in Middlesbrough, England. This protest was one of many that took place across England between August 2nd and 4th. After the events in Nottingham, tensions escalated, leading to more intense demonstrations throughout the evening. Sunday was poised to be one of the most turbulent days of protesting. What began as a protest against illegal immigration and two-tier policing has now evolved into something entirely different.

The centre of Middlesbrough could be beautiful, but that’s down to the people and those you see smashing windows and cars without consequence are the reason it’s not. Take me back to the days when people swept their own door steps/ outside of their homes, when people actually took a bit of pride in their town. When they spent a few quid on some exterior paint to smarten up their houses instead of spending it on a bottle of vodka or worse.

I never the media is not covering it, I've said that in this particular video we cannot see other journalists and I found it to be weird. My first though wasn't even "ohh the media is not covering" but actually "hey, maybe the guy that made this video is not showing them", as some independent journalists do to give the impression that big media is not there. Of course I have seen other media coverage on this I just didn't though I would have to explain all this in a small CZcams commentary.

As the guy in this video was saying the media will only cover the bad things that have happened and not the actual message or goal of these protests. The kids need to learn there's an effective way to send a message and then there's an effective way to make sure your message gets silenced, and what they are doing by causing violence is the latter. They are effectively damaging their own cause.

Thanks for posting this. A lot of people overseas think that Britain is very polite and civilised. Maybe it was at one time but not so much now. People can protest in different ways to this.
The question is why they destroy things, cars, shops and houses, ordinary civilians. Why don't they attack businesses belonging to politicians, why don't they attack government buildings and parliamentary offices?

When you chip away at a society’s foundation long enough, this happens. If Britain managed their immigration problem correctly, this would not be happening in the first place.

I had this view too until I'm seeing this footage of just simply choosing violence. this is just kids finding fun in causing trouble, they don't even know what the bigger picture is about.
