Cod Filets on the Blackstone

  • We bought some HUGE Cod filets from Costco and couldn't wait to get them onto the Griddle. I seasoned them with salt, pepper, and garlic, followed up with butter and Blackstone's Tuscan Herb seasoning. The flavors were absolutely delicious.
    I used a medium high griddle, hit the surface with some water to lose any leftover, and residual grease to avoid discoloration of the fish.
    About 4 minutes on each side and basted with butter after flipping to the second side.
    We served this up with some fresh, steamed broccoli.
