There’s always something that you use on your focaccia that I would have never thought to add 😮 I like it! I have a Mediterranean herb olive oil that would be good with olives!

Thank you for the focaccia inspiration. We love sourdough here aswell but never ventured into sourdough focaccia. So I'm definitely going there now. 😊. Also the seedling heat mat idea for colder months such a great idea. Wish I had thought of it sooner. 👍

Have you ever seen a keto version of sourdough? My crew is totally off of white flour and sugars which means we need really creative
I’m not familiar with it but the advantage of sourdough is that the natural yeast breaks down most of the sugars and turns them into highly digestible nutrients for the body

Hey Jill, Do you have a video of how to reactivate your starter after being refrigerated for months? My starter definitely isn’t bubbly and active. Please tell me I don’t need to start all over again. I’m ready to start baking bread now that the temps in AZ aren’t 100+. Thanks for your time.
When I took my starter out of the fridge I poured the liquid off but you can stir it in and then I fed my starter and then the next few days after that I discarded at least half and then gave him a hefty feeding and within a week he was super active and ready to go ❤

I just take it out of the fridge, feed it, and leave it on the counter until it gets bubbly (may take a day or so). Then I repeat the process (minus the fridge) until it is nice and bubbly within a few hours of feeding it (maybe as little as 4 hours in the summer but more like 10 hours in the winter).
I’m a Christ follower and I also do yoga exercises and meditate on scripture and Jesus and the works of our creator. We also dress up and make silly snacks and watch the old monster movies. We don’t worship it 😂 we don’t sacrifice anything. We are free from the law of sin and death and do everything with joy and thankfulness to God for the gift of life and seasons and most of all for Jesus. Circumcision of the heart.

Yes, I thought she was a Christian as she speaks about God but I guess not. Also saw a video of her doing yoga a while back. People don't realize what doors they open when participating in things of darkness and evil.
