She did catch an incurable disease. STDs is different than STIs (sexual transmitted infections). STIs are like gonorrhea and Chlamydia. She probably contracted HSV. Thank God, my mom instilled morals and self-respect at a very early age. But I also understand that not everyone’s had that blessing, some grew up with fast moms and think that’s the norm.
