Don't know if I'm the only one or not but a lot of times I have a hard time understanding things that you say because your speech pattern is kind of rapid. Try replaying phrases but that doesn't always help.

You can go to the setting while the video is playing and slow it down if you need.
I am from NY, and most times, I speed her up. Lol, fast talkers pun intended 😂
