I had the red ones back in 2001/2 on my jump bike for a while till got much better tripple clamp Judy's but these Mozos were great when they new mines we awful the rebound on them thew you back so hard lol my arch was different though it was the V break arch not the Y break woth the cable mount in middle these must have been originally on a Trek

Excellent video, thanks for that! Very clear and concise. Mine was completely stuck. I managed to take it apart and the springs were completely rusted. What type of replacement spring did you use (size, brand, strength?).
