If you get the time in Brisbane hit Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary - rungs rings around that place you just went to. And they have large Red & Grey kangaroo bucks you you feed and interact with.

The first ship is a car carrier, takes about 6000-8000 cars, It can also carry big heavy equipment and stuff like that but mainly for car transportation. I used to work for that company in the end of the 80's.

It may looks stupid, but make no mistake the Australian sun during summer (lucky we are heading to the end of it) will take a bite out of you. And don't be fooled by that overcast day. It will burn you just as bad if not more on a cloudy day, because you don't feel it creeping up on you. Shawn is smart for wearing it. Don't forget to keep up plenty of 50+ sunscreen lotion as well, unless you enjoy that lobster look. You think you are feeling the sun now, wait till you get to Willowbank if it is a hot one. You will smell like bacon there.
