EPIC Grilled Cheese - Cheese Burger | The Golden Balance

- This was absolutely delicious, honestly! It did feel like it was slightly different than a traditional cheeseburger.
Here is the recipe:
For 4 large burgers
2 lbs ground beef (80/20)
4 sesame buns
8 slices American cheese
1 medium onion
1 jalapeño
1 large tomato
Shredded Lettuce
Sauce:
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup ketchup
2 Tbsp mustard of choice
2 Tbsp relish
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Season to your preference - Jak na to + styl

Awsome bro, just a little advise if you would like it, I have my burger shop here in Bolivia, we try not to let the meat go to room temp, that way you get a better sear because of that shock of temperature, give it a try, that burger still looks great, huge fan
