I once thought it was dumb for people fears to translate into games like being afraid of spiders, but I have thalassophobia really bad and decided to play Subnautica and it gave me my first every panic attack and high anxiety for days.

The Diablo 2 talk cracked me up because my brother was a Necromancer main and I was a Paladin main and whenever I glanced at his screen he had a huge army of skeletons filling the entire screen throwing fireballs and stuff 🤣🤣🤣
I have aranaphobia but Elise doesn't bother me. I got to gold with her the season she was released. Her movements aren't twitchy like a spider which is what freaks me out.
An arachnophobe that plays Elise. Damn that sounds like content. Thanks for the insight into your fear though -- the twitchy movement thing makes a lot of sense
@@brucewillis2 Probably depends on the spiders in the game. Elise is apparently not spidery enough to be frightening. Sometimes when i see a spider I also get startled but soon realize that I'm not in danger 😅
Not bad.. tried it in draft first. what a joke of a team. but I could do the things I wanted to do.. stun, poke and when the jg comes to town hit pretty hard. I managed to really annoy nasus a few times without dying. And when my team failed to do anything useful (random teamfight without any objective to fight over) I pushed mid pretty easily. while basically having a zhonyas built in. I normally play senna, nami, sometimes zyra. I'm just a boring ol bronze newb. Thanks iOki for sharing this :D gonna try it some in ranked
I love spiders but get afraid when getting tower dived by Elise Couple months back my friend was trying to get me to play support. I told him I'd play something like Elise so thanks for this, i can say I'm not complete troll
4:15 i really find it not a problem to much (i have just a mild case of it so idknow might be dependent on how much u fear it) but one thing i can say is she is one of the few that her E for behind a wall right to me makes me jump if she ones shots and is using one of the skins with black spiders (like the base) but the other skins are not a problem for me at list
As a person with A-Phobia I don't find myself getting scared when I see Elise, its more when I see her and her minions running after me? Or when she repells from the sky all of a sudden. Now a spider like the boss in resident evil is nightmare fuel, but characters like Arachne from asmite or Elise from League don't do a thing for me

My gf has Arachnophobia, doesn't play games but if she is watching me play and spiders show up in any game she would leave the room.
