Biscuit base
1 packet of Tennis biscuits ( or any biscuits you like)
70 grams of melted butter
Filling
2x8 Oz / 2 tubs of cream cheese
1&1/2 cups of icing sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 cup of crushed Pineapple
Whipped cream
250 ml fresh whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 tablespoons of icing sugar
3/4 cup of crushed Pineapple

Pineapple is my absolute favourite and I'm jumping in the car going shopping coz that's dessert for today .. yummy 😋.. thank you for another delicious recipe x
