Nice to see your Pharaoh’s Mask and doing so well in its first year, congrats. I’ve recently ordered one and look forward to growing mine in a pot too. I was also admiring your silk tree 😍 behind the Colocasia, another one on my list of must haves! Look forward to seeing some future updates.

Ive tried the pharos mask this year. Mine isnt as well veined as yours but im up in the north east near Newcastle so my season starts late and rarely reaches the higher temperatures you get down south. I grew mine in a pot also with the thought of putting the pot in the small green house for the winter. Hopefully it will get through and start a bit earlier in spring. That way it might look a bit better next year as its roots wont have been disturbed. I do like the other one you have next to it, lemon and lime. Great to see your vids. By the way, what you doing with your ensette this winter. I had two in the loft last year, like you tried. Both came through with no problems.

      Hi
I am planning to keep my pharaoh's mask on my window sill as I don't have greenhouse.
I was too lazy last year and left my enste in shed and worst winter hit us, they were as frozen as an ice cream :)
This year I am planing to store one again in loft and testing one in the ground but put fleece on it.
I have a feeling that if we don't have harsh winter in my zone , it might make it through 🤞.
Thank you so much for your comment and I love making videos but I can't talk much hence always quite short 😅

Beautiful plant! When you say, “Stored” what is that? I’m wondering if you bring it indoors with or without grow lights or leafless in dark area. Thanks for sharing!

      Hi
That is what I am thinking about. Either it will stored in a dark place or windowsill:)
Thank you for your comment 🙏

I bought a bulb and have planted it over a month ago but no results so far. Can you clarify if I need to cover the entire bulb with soil? I currently have the top exposed.

      Hi
These are quite expensive so I would be very careful. No need to cover it all. If you have planted indoor, it should have done something by now. Try to gently remove the soil from sides and see if it is growing. They have good headstart with moss as they can not rot in moss due to water control air circulation.
