the grand piano was charlie’s idea? and everyone wonders why we love him so much. he came up with the killer solos in nothing to lose and the riff in edge of great. this mans is AN ICON
actually in nothing to lose, each of the boys came up with their own solos! so not just charlie :) this cast has TALENT

I’m loving these BTS vids, what I love is how Kenny takes everyone’s ideas into consideration and then they end up doing it, from the grand piano, to the instrument solos in Nothing to Lose and Luke’s riff in Edge of Great, to goodness knows how many others including Perfect Harmony, so many other tv directors and creators all need to take a leaf out of Kenny’s book.

How come Owen and Madi weren’t in practice? I wonder if Madi was doing schoolwork or had worked the max hours for the day.
Owen was there. It looks like he wasn't feeling so well so they let him rest and had someone stand in for him. Maddie, as you said, has limited hours on set. Her time is better well spent filming.
@@danive89 yeah I saw him I was just wondering why he wasn’t actually doing the drums and why in the edge of great rehearsals someone’s always missing😂
@@danive89 yeah I just wasn’t sure about Madi and I actually wonder how they managed to practice with her limited hours. I think on school days in Canada minors can only work up to 8 hours in a single day and 12 hours for performances. I’m not sure tho.
@@feryalhefnawy1954 I could be wrong but I remember hearing that she could only work for a maximum of 12 hours. Not sure about the 8 hour rule. We can see that they used a double for Julie in the final scene they shot despite the fact that Madi was on set. I'm pretty sure that it was a lot of that for the boys' coverage. I can only imagine their #1 focus is always on getting Madison's scenes/performances whenever she can work. It's amazing to see how they got things done considering the limitations.
@@danive89 Yeah I’m not sure but yes it’s amazing how well they put the show together in such little time. It proves how insanely talented they all are, especially Madison. I heard something about her having to stop at a certain time like she only a couple minutes left she could shoot and I’m not sure if it was school work or the maximum hours that would cause that.
