Rocko's Modern Life Cakesicles: Part 1 (Rocko)

Hopefully YOU love the 90's era as much as I do! Rocko's Modern Life was one of the best 90's shows out there, so I had to do some cakesicles! Without further delay, here is a quick time lapse showing how I decorated this Rocko Cakesicle! This is part 1 of 6! A full tutorial with the full set will be released after all the individual tutorials have debuted, so stay tuned over the next week if you would like to know how to create all of these dudes!
Supplies for Rocko Cakesicle:
Wilton Candy Melts
Cakesicle mold (I got mine from Wish months ago, and I am not sure who sells them)
Popsicle stick
Cake/cookie dough/whatever you want to fill your cakesicles with
Fondant (In this tutorial, I use Satin Ice Fondant)
Black Gel Color (In this tutorial, I use Rainbow Dust Black Progel color)
Vodka (or another clear high proof alcohol)
Paint brush
Paint Palette
Rolling Pin
Rolling mat or board (I am using a CelBoard)
Small Square Punch Cutter
X-acto blade
Straight blade
Tylose glue (what is in the nail polish bottle)
Sugar shaper
Ball tools
Dresden/veiner tool
