oh thats a lot to answer lol, but uh lighting is elfx, nac x, and reactor enb with post pass turned off, graphics is a bunch of different texture mods you can find easily on nexus though
I hope the pip boy glove comes to Xbox there is a similar mod i have installed that gives you a stack of pip boy gloves but the gloves are really low quality and they can’t be customized and I think 20 is all you get i don’t think you can craft them either

And that's the bare minimum. No telling if more things will be modified. Just look at the statement from the Fallout London team. It's going to be bad.

enb is reactor with post pass turned off with nac x, my landscape is vivid landscapes and another pine forest overwriting it for its moss textures

oh nac x has special drug effects when you use it, i used psycho so it gives random effects for overlays

i just turned the update off, but worst case comes i backed up my fo4 files so i can just replace them if it somehow updates without my permission
