Girl you and me both Lol.....I have 2 more Coach items coming 🤦🏽♀. I think the felt is to help with finger prints. For me that is the only thing that would bother me about the bag is finger prints.. Other than that, it's a beauty. That is a bag that you have to put mini lipstick, mini lotion and maybe don't put the phone inside. Enjoy your new bag.......tfs xoxo
