Thanks for the video of Sorbie Tower. I appreciated your attention to detail like flowers along the trail up to the tower.
Thank you for your kind feedback 👍
@Conquering Alba. Hello, I am Joshua Hanna, I am part of/Decend from Clan Hannay and have visited Sorbie Tower once in 2018. Thankyou for making this video, I really Appreciate it!
Hello! Lovely to meet you and thank you for watching our video and commenting. It's interesting to hear from viewers like yourself ☺
Very cool!! Love seeing these old places that aren't very famous.
Thank you for watching ☺️
Thanks for what you do man, I may live in the states, but my Gran came through Ellis Island from Glasgow when she was a wee lass of seven or so and I know my roots are somewhere near Fife/Arbroath; her maiden name was Auchterlonie. I absolutely love seeing the history of my kin and their countrymen/women, and since it’s not readily available to me here in the US, I can tell you that you do me a great service and your channel is criminally underrated.
Thank you for your lovely comment ☺️
So nice, thanks
Thank you for watching ☺️
This just popped up and i must say i loved it.
Thank you for watching ☺️
The stone displayed at 11:04 is a ceremonial stone that is used at the site. To my knowledge when it was placed in 2019, and it was where we had a ceremony before I scattered my fathers ashes at the tower during the clan gathering that year.
That’s very interesting. It’s always nice hearing from people who have visited the same places I visit. Thank you for sharing ☺️
Visited the tower today when there were volunteers on site so we had a tour inside. It’s impressive in its current condition and will be lovely when finished.
Aww that sounds amazing. I never got to see inside which was a shame 👎
@@conqueringalba9090 we went because we watched the video on CZcams. A New Zealand lady gave us a tour.
@@ianferguson3543 I’d have loved that.
