    G'day from Brisbane Australia 😊 I first saw you recently on here on a morning show. You were talking to a lady about her fear of dying. You asked her, what actually happened? She said 'Nothing'. Based on that conversation, you guys have put so much into perspective for me. I suffer terrible morning anxiety and panic attacks. Diagnosed with GAD. I just wanted to say, Thankyou. With your timeline idea and with that thought process you definitely have me on the right path.

      I'm in NSW and I suffer the same I have non stop rolling panic attacks and anxiety I can't leave home I developed so many foods including around food

    Love you guys so much loved all kinds of practices you mentioned and love the book the Miracle Morning as the 6 practitices accumulate over time towards positive mental health: Gratitude, Reading or Listening, journaling includes gaol setting reflection and gratitude, affirmations, meditation, exercise followed by a huge green smoothie. I have done an enormous amount of different meditation but love the ones in particular by Abraham Hicks

    great vid, What if you can't remember the trauma , for example in childhood, what if your not even sure there even was any trauma causing an effect today ?
    Also what causes a fear of flying and lifts /heights ?

    Ive had lot of things going on in my life for few years never had anxiety before but starting having panic attacks they are getting better but now im worrying if i do have one

    I watched my dad die a horrid death from cancer. I'm petrified of my little girl having to watch me go through it and lose me. It dominates my thoughts almost hourly.

      You can end any negative sentence with the words ‘but luckily’ as this then forces you to consider a positive which inturn helps to create new more positive neural pathways in the brain x

    I've found that these techniques don't work at...what am I doing wrong! My wife thinks it's because I'm such a cynical sod and don't believe things like this can't work...and therefore that's why it doesn't work.

      Are you claustrophobic? Do you have a fear of heights? These are the 2 most common causes.
