actually in earlier years jungkook was very shy person. he didn't interacted much with members , he has said in interviews that when taehyung joined them he made jungkook open up. so v usually made jungkook loosenup and become comfortable with members. thats why its said he only let v do that thing to him. now he is close with every member and lets all of them do anything to him. but earlier when he was shy , he only looked for taehyung more.
As much as I love our Tae and koo's bond. I'd suggest you to stay away from fan made ship videos, as they are often without context and exaggerated to impose a certain perspective, you can see their real bond in official contents.

It`s not wrong, but it's kinda making normal everyday things for them seem special and often just between two members. Most of the time it`s often portrayed as: *This X member only allows this X member to do this and etc*
When in fact, more members have similar dynamics or do similar things with each other.
It`s not like their friendship is any less special because of this, but I think it`s making a scenario, or "strengthening" a bond with their own option. Kinda putting words and feelings into the member's mouths if that makes sense...
In one of the interviews, they were fighting over who raised Jungkook cuz Kookie was smol when he first came to Seoul in the age of 13 or 14
Please do not watch shipping videos again. They take every single interaction of the members and change it to fit their twisted perception of reality. It's hard not to feel uncomfortable watching this. It's not about BTS, it's about ARMYS who want to make BTS fit into their shipping narrative. It's disrespectful towards the the members too. BTS are open and affectionate with each other, both cause of their culture and their bond, they act like siblings. Those videos twist something innocent and beautiful to sexual or romantic , while the members have never said openly or indicated anything else than being close friends with each other.
