On the last edition of The Wrestling Degenerates, we discussed Travis Banks, a Kiwi wrestler who was one of BritWres’ biggest stars before a trainee of his exposed him. We also discussed Lars Sullivan, a WWE wrestler whose career came to a crashing halt after old racist, homophobic and derogatory forum posts were uncovered. And we discussed Alberto Del Rio, a former WWE world champion whose career took a nosedive due to his various controversies outside of the ring and his arrests. This is my first time hearing about the situation surrounding TDJ, along with DiBiase family. I always assumed he just stayed being the "family man" that he always said was after his time in WWE
If there is one wrestler who deserves to be part of this series, it's Buck Zumhofe. He is probably the most disgusting case of a wrestler being a despicable human being next to Grizzly Smith.

@@Cell287 Nah it's all true. The evidence is damning. There's plenty of pdf files available online with the entire court records/evidence right there to read. There are always going to be people blocking their ears to reality (as with the Chris Benoit case for example) but those people are simply not doing the research either through ignorance or purposely not wanting to do research because they can't come to terms with the fact that a person/group of people that they loved and idolized were not who they thought they were.

Kinda feel bad for Jack as he kinda got wrapped up into a group with truely disgusting people who were serial abusers and kiddie diddlers. Not defending anyone getting so drunk they can’t account for their own actions but unless there is more to the story I don’t know about, he seems to have taken responsibility for it, which is what we should be incentivizing, not making it seem like the worse option aka just continuing to attack the character of your accuser while proclaiming your innocence.

Demott definitely didn't WRESTLE in wwe up until 2007.
He was already phased out to training by 2005.
I thought he wrestled in like 2003 or something, I remember seeing him as the big guy that did moonsaults. I remember he was tag team partners with Crash Holly for a match and he attacked him at the end I know he got fired with a whole bunch of other guys not to long after.
Except he wrestled for Deep South Wrestling which was a WWE affiliate like OVW until 2006.
And he was well known in WCW and WWE, didn't say he had to be associated with being a top name

When I played WWE 2k15, the part of what made me quit and actually refund the game is having to listen to Bill Demott's bitching about how I'm not doing good enough despite actually trying my effort, and it made me lose my concentration until I might've ended up losing. I already disliked the game for its limited CAW features, the RPS system, and what could've been the dullest Career Mode for me, but Demott is perhaps the most given credit for me just giving up on the game.
And knowing that Bill Demott is an actual piece of shit in real life made me glad that my dislike for Demott in-game is more justified. Good riddance to him... And no, I ain't going back to 2k15, fuck that game.

As a Mississippian, I heard about the whole fraud situation, which made me pissed off, but not really surprised cuz Mississippi has a lot of problems with the government. I did NOT however, know that the DiBiase family was involved lmao. That has got to be the most in character shit for them to do, goddamn. To add a bit more to the fuckery of the situation, Brett Favre was using some of that money to try and get a new volleyball facility for his alma mater Southern Miss, because his daughter played volley ball there.
