Annie Lööf is the leader of the Centre Party since 2011. In the general election this autumn, she led her party to the best election result it has achieved in 30 years. Lööf has been a Member of the Swedish Parliament since 2006, representing her home constituency Jönköping County. She has previously served as Minister for Enterprise, head of the Ministry of Enterprise, Communications and Energy. Since the general election in September 2014, Lööf is one of the opposition leaders in the national parliament.
