On March 18, Ukrainian tanks and soldiers tried to break through in the direction of Zaporozhye, but were met by heavy artillery fire. Fighting vehicles, down to Ukrainian tanks, seem to be retreating. However, some of them were subjected to Russian artillery fire until they ended in strikes.

I've fired a 90mm recoiless rifle! Talk about a beast and experience to fire! This is pre-adoption of the Carl Gustav. While not having fired them I've also observed both Tow and Dragon wired guided anti-tank weapons fired. I've also fired the LAW light anti-tank weapon.

Whenever i look at the numbers being given by the Ukrainian military on how many russian tanks they destroyed, there is a part of me that find it simply unbelievable, that they must be exagerating, there must be a lie in here. But every once in a while we get videos like this, or of that one assault in Vuhledar or of that failed river crossing in Biholorivika and i go "oh yeah... that makes sense now".

Those javelin launchers and missiles are extremely accurate and efficiant
You can buy 400 drones for the price of one Javelin ($220,000).
The drones are reusable, too. They could theoretically destroy thousands of tanks instead of just one.

Some of the downed Russian drones of their newest generation were "autopsied" by the Ukrainians and the cameras onboard puzzled them and they investigated it with its Western partners. Turned out that the onboard camera on these drones originated from Swedish traffic speed cameras that were stolen over a 6 months period around 2 years ago. So Russian agents sent abroad have been spending their time in Sweden trolling Swedish highways to steal cameras. IF the Russians do not have any clips of their atrocities it actually could be that they cant afford the cameras or did not steal enough. The Swedes thought it were angry motorists but have confirmed that the serial numbers the Ukrainians found match their speed cameras that were stolen.
Imagine being a Russian going through special training to become a spy and then find out reality of his nation, when he are sent to another nation to steal speed cameras...LOL It are like a joke: "Tell me your nation are poor and deeply corrupt without telling me it are poor and deeply corrupt".
Literally just a factual story right there.. There are russians hobbling around in t-60 series tanks... From the 60s.. It's nuts. These are tanks that are barely beyond what they had at the end of WW2... In fact, some of them are far less durable than WW2 tanks..

Denmark have adopted the city of Mikolayew.

The Scandinavian nations, Denmark/Norway/Sweden each adopted one of the Baltic nations after the Berlin wall fell and each sent a permanent delegation of civil servants. They aided in rewriting a complete national legislation. After years under communism the old were not of much use. The new legislation also were made in a way so it were streamlined for the EU application process and integration. If we all can aid Ukraine in a similar way locally by adopting cities and areas and on a governmental level to streamline their way into EU and NATO ASAP, we can all fast move forward while Russia (and China if they insist) can be isolated with their undemocratic oppressing systems until they are removed from within. Regarding the Baltic states they took a lot of the advice's given and personally it made made me very happy to see that the global social mobility index for 2022 had all the Baltic nation in top 25, even all in front of USA. A fast deep dedicated effort to motivated people can make a huge difference both in the short and long run. Spread the word and ask your nations politicians which city you are adopting (please).
I personally also think a lot of us prefer to have a smaller piece to focus on so we can see it are not just money packages leaving our budgets without a clear picture of how it are spent. This way it becomes very measurable and visible what difference the aid does. The tried brave Ukrainian people must know and feel we have deep empathy for the unjust events that have hit their nation. We can´t bring the dead back but we can show their sacrifices were not in vain!

Best one I saw so far was from last year, turret went up 200 feet, did 2 1/2 spins with a twist and landed right next to the road, barrel first in the ground, like a giant stop sign. 10 out of 10 across the board. 🙂
