Ricardo Mayorga talks MMA debut against Din Thomas

Ricardo Mayorga, former Boxing champion, has decided to step into the MMA world, making his debut in Shine Fights against veteran Din Thomas. Mayorga talks with The Fight Nerd about how he is preparing for this match, what he thinks of Din Thomas and if this is a full time switch from boxing to MMA. We also hear from his wife briefly (since Ricardo was too busy signing autographs to pay attention to the interviewer).

@gayopinto yeh if the fight goes to the floor, he will lose. but hes pretty tough, in some highlights u can see him letting his opponents have free shots at his face. he looks like the type of guy who has no fear from the way he talks,acts and his persona. i know that he was born in nicaragua, but like is he native indian or afro-nacaraguan? he looks more native indian
