  • What’s the difference between a second round of surgery and a revision plastic surgery? Miami plastic surgeon Dr. Alexander Earle (www.pureplasticsurgery.com/) explains the difference using Brazilian butt lift (BBL) as an example.
Learn why some patients may want to choose a second round of surgery to enhance their results, from wanting to address extra skin laxity to planning for additional fat removal. Dr. Earle also answers viewer questions about BBL and other plastic surgery procedures, including what happens if you don’t have enough fat to transfer to your buttocks during a BBL surgery.

Very informative. First thing a good surgeon would tell you is you'll probably need another round after one

Thank you so much for this, I had smart lipo done recently, and had to return back to a job that requires me to stand all day, needless to say, my legs were hurting so bad after that first day. I caught this video just in time to learn that I need compression socks. Thanks so much doc!!

Dr.Earle, could you please make a video about the internal bra/mesh? I’ve asked about this in the Facebook group. However, I didn’t get an clear answer. I’ve looked throughout your CZcams channel and don’t see a video on it. See you June 2021 ‼️

I wish I would of been better informed. I have Had childhood cancer and I was asymmetric to begin with and I just wanted only a small lift of my lower buttocks. I hate my body so much now it’s traumatic. I never
    knew any of this information.

My question if you have a bbl and you do a round 2 can it kill the fat from the 1st surgery?

Is it normal for fat to be rock hard at 8months post opp? How do they fix this problem w/ a round 2

That’s called fat necrosis, and you can try to massage it out but aggressive massage or you can go for a round two and they can fix it , but it’s not harmful .. only if it’s red, swollen and irritating
