    Thank you, for this, Sarah!
An excellent reminder and word of encouragement!
I’ve been lax with my diet and had a VERY stressful weekend. I awoke to patches of hives.😱 I popped onto CZcams and your video was “waiting” for me-wow‼️❣️

Sometimes, we need a reminder (me too 🙋‍♀️).
I'm happy to hear that I posted it just when you needed it ✨️. I actually had a different one scheduled and switched it up last minute.
I hope you get back on track and feel better soon 🙏

Thanks Sara thats useful. I seriously think one should start yoga, that heals more than just the physical body. Love from India.

My sons seems to be triggered when he gets hot
Hearing there's no cure is breaking my heart.
We're really struggling to get help from the NHS in the uk

I'm sorry to hear that you are having a hard time finding help for your son. There's still so much that we can do to reduce the symptoms, even if it is autoimmune. Has he been confirmed as autoimmune? There is a higher rate of spontaneous remission in children.

He's only just been diagnosed as having urticaria.our gp is pretty clueless. Just wanting to sort his eczema out.
He's been referred to a dermatologist. All I think theyll do is say keep taking the antihistamine

@johnharris6176 the good news is that it's rarely autoimmune in children. There is a connection with gut health and both eczema and hives. Here is a good podcast to listen to if you are open to dietary interventions. I would just be careful with adding ferments and watch for hives flares. If you decide on an elimination diet, tracking symptoms can be really helpful. realeverything.com/the-whole-view-episode-488-treating-eczema-inside-out-and-outside-in/
