Just applied to a customer success lead position, which would be a huge leap for me financially 🙂 I am hoping to land it, as I really do believe I love giving people a solid customer experience.
I'm currently working in a customer service role, kind of like a call centre and I have been approached by a cleaning company for a CS Specialist role. I tick all 4 boxes but I'm not sure if this is for me, I'm hesitant to fully accept it even though I hate my current job and I'm desperate to change it.
@tigerlilyy thanks. I went to the interview and it didn't feel right, like I would outgrow the position and the company in the first year. I was supposed to go to a second interview but never heard back from them so 🤷
