Shorting ka ek aur Excellent example you can give is GameStop. Firms thought GameStop is dying, they shorted it, then went on news forums and gave interviews ke bas ab toh ye gir hi jayegi. Form of market manipulation imo
But gamers ko chadha gussa. Gamers are a nostalgic bunch, and they loved GameStop for what it was in the past.
They started squeezing the stock. Bought it so much its value went up, and the firm's lost big. Then Many trading apps froze it's buying, so that people would panic and start selling, and the firms could at least make up some of the losses.
It showed just how corrupt shorting can be, and how much it can go wrong, and sab ke sab kahin na kahin toh mile hi hue hain, cause there was no right of these trading platforms to stop people from buying the stock.
Deshbhakt ji, if you are so much sure, why not short the stocks and make money.

पूर्ण परमात्मा कबीर साहेब जी संत की भूमिका में आए और ऐसा अद्वितीय ज्ञान दिया कि देखते ही देखते 64 लाख लोग परमात्मा के शिष्य बन गए।

Hyderabad: CPM politburo member Brinda Karat on Friday accused the NDA government of adopting an anti-farmer and pro-corporate stance.
Modi government waived the Rs 72,000 crore bank loans of Adani group companies while waiver of loans for the entire farmer community in the country was Rs 75,000 crore. In the last three years, waiver of bank loans to the corporate sector touched Rs 6.8 lakh-crore. 70 per cent of loans waived were of corporates,” she alleged.
