- Automatic Upgrading in Clash of Clans is for Returning Players who have been Inactive for at least 90 Days. Judo Sloth Gaming was requested by Subscribers to take Only Healers into this feature; apparently someone lost their account as they were stuck in battle and unable to defeat the base. Since I have many Rushed Accounts and it wouldn't be a huge loss I decided to test out this theory and this video shows the results. Enjoy!

What if you use air troops against two sweepers. Edrags can’t move close enough to destroy the sweepers and you can stack infinite edrags.
Haha that is a fantastic idea. I have a few versions first but I will do this for sure…and obviously give you a shoutout when I do! They might start taking wonky troop paths and get past it but we’ll see 😉

Well this idea works only if the e drag is just in front of the air sweeper
Many a times I have seen them firing the electric chain even after being pushed!!!
You could just set up your base so your air defenses are all next to each other and slowly dump minions or balloons.
@@JudoSloth maybe put the two sweepers in the corner of the base so it minimizes the Edrags pathing options?

you are right if you have small town hall it will upgrade more than one time because lower town hall require lower time bigger town hall require more time that might be the reason you can upgrade once a year
It’s a different account. If supercell linked the accounts to your IP address then he wouldn’t be able to auto upgrade twice a year

I think it gives you the last troops you used, and you attacked with drag-loon before leaving...

I recently started plying Supercell games again and coming across your channel has so far been really fun, you are way more chill than I expected and it is fun to watch
Imagine this with a continuous, infinite stream of goblins (to prove the villagers right), or like infinite barbs or a limited time troop that has left the game, because its been 3 months.
limited troops dissapear, but the other ideas are valid 👍
I think limited troops get removed from your training camp after 1 month but it might be different since no has logged on

I think there was an error here, because the last attack you did had the dragon loon army and thus in quick train, that army was set, i think you need to first go into a battle with all healers and then maybe the game will give you healers to attack.

That’s not how the feature works, it uses your current army. I think they changed it however I am testing it as you mentioned so in the next version of this, in 3-4 months we will find out. Thanks for watching!

Imagine having golems in your army and since they are so slow, getting about 20 golems would be pretty amazing to see 🤓
I think goblins would be best as you can design a base where they have to run into the center and die before they get there, thus you can just spam them.
It would be cool to have the slow troops for sure! I’ll be testing a few variations 💪🏻

If I remember correctly if you were to leave your base for a much longer amount of time it would basically have way more upgrades. For ex: I had left mine out for a few and back than (I was a rushed base th9) my barbarian king was level 4 and now its level 25
i wonder what would happen if you never upgraded the barracks or troops/heros and had a built th13+ with only lvl 1 barbs and lvl 1 heros. i think that would be crazy.

This happened to me I just got back into the game about a week ago after going inactive for about 8 months. I came back to multiple base and lab upgrades and full loot. Pretty cool
Judo I loved the vid, you should use Super Troops in the next one, also would the builders upgrade more if you used it with the 6th builder cause of the 1/3 the work ratio

I think this might be that the army you get is the last army you use. Either that or supercell doesn't want you to use healers! Good work judo :)

Even smarter if they force you to use the last army you win a battle with. Guarantees no weird stuff happening
@@timtitus1956 actually you can still win with all healers! Think about it... if you are in a low rank like bronze, then bring an archer queen and all healers, no spells. Then, search for a base with the Townhall on the outside. Deploy your queen, and use the ability (if the townhall is th12+ for the defense on top), and then once you destroy it and get the first star, deploy all your healers. Then you can quit the attack, you will have a 1 star win, and all healers will be deployed!
I think this would actually work with the troops, but then the only problem is the heroes...
Wait, actually if you use the warden with all the healers, could you warden walk the Townhall? Maybe warden walk from the side, placing the healers out of range, and causing the warden to eventually funnel *Hopefully* to the Townhall. It would take a couple minutes but then you would win with a weak warden, not a strong queen....
Well either this or use a blimp with sneaky goblins to take the outside th, then place healers and then quit. Then when you recover the base 90 days later, just don't deploy the blimp/goblins

To truly test out how many troops you can get, you can try set up your base in a way that your air sweepers will infinitely push the air troop of your choosing (I'm not sure which air troop it will work on) thus allowing you to deploy more and more troops. I think it may work on E-drags since they're slow
Yeah, if your air sweeper is maxed to L7, then an edra would never get close to a airsweeper defense.
When I activated my own account after taking a break for a couple years…I was at a th9 and I had to attack a th5 with basic troops, but my th9 still there with the hero upgraded a lot and other different minor upgrades
It appears it uses your last used army, unless it literally has something against only healers, if your last army was only healers instead of the balloons and dragons it may work, keyword MAY, since they may have a fail safe or something idk.
You were able to use the balloons and dragons because they were your previous army, if you used healers in an actual battle it would have given you healers
That’s not why it happened, it gives you your current army.

The weird thing is that I’ve actually seen a healer attack a builder hut. It shot something at the ground and it rebounded onto the builder but damaging it. It was so weird

I’d love to see this done with a massively rushed base troop level wise but the defenses higher level so it’s just a bunch of random example level 2 dragons taking on level 13 air defenses
Now if you are doing this, do what Judo did: Upgrade all the collectors and storages before leaving for 3 months. Not only you'll have more loot when you come back, but people who attack your base during the 3 months (who contribute to the gigantic loot cart) will have an actual reason to help you fill said lootcart. It's a win win

Highly recommend trying it at a townhall that doesn't even have xbows yet. You'll notice a MUCH bigger difference (at least I did) because your loot goes farther. I don't think it can upgrade townhall? But either way all the walls and buildings and everything it was vastly more significant when I accidentally did this for myself
You could build your base with airsweepers both blowing into one corner, then go afk with baloons in your army camp and then you attack from that corner and since the baloons are too slow to escape the sweepers = unlimited baloons on the field :D
I hadn't been on my account for years, and just got back to it the other day. Sad to say, it was a rushed base, but now, it's quite good. My Barbarian King (who was previously only about lvl 5) had been upgraded to lvl 26!!! I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw it.

We need more practice opportunities:
1) Why not allow heroes in friendly battles EVEN WHEN THEY ARE IN UPGRADE! You cant practice and cant play with heroes in upgrade, or at least not war.
2) Why can't we attack our own bases in friendly battles! What is the best level base to practice against, YOUR OWN!

I logged in 1 week ago into my account after not being active for 4 freking years. Literally so many things have changed in these years. It all felt so overwhelming at first. But now I'm back to the pace. I'm currently at TH9
Happened with me also. Haha. I just finished upgrading to th12 when i stopped. With lvl55 AQ(I used the book and hammer)50 BK, 30Warden. But when i returned, my AQ is at 60 alr, BK at 55 and warden at 32.
That was a nice gift from Coc.

for an inf troop use, you could make a high level TH with all defenses at 1 location and only have barbs.

I would create a base that you are able to put the troops in the middle of the base while defenses surround the middle so they can spawn kill the troop. For the troop, I would do the Barbarians due to low hp and low damage.
I’m slowly doing this since as of a current I’m a town hall 6 and just maximising all my buildings and traps so that once upgrade my town hall to level 7 and just put everything down i can leave it and see how well it does. But of course, almost all my troops and spells are max level for what they should be for now. My archer towers have two of them fully upgraded. My air defences also have two of them fully upgraded. My camps are level 5, my storages are level 10 for both elixir and gold and my collectors are 10 as well and everything else is just in the works as of a current
Use, goblins, but change the base design so they get destroyed by multi infernos or something

It took my Th9 base 2.5 years to max out just with auto upgrading keep in mind that I had fully maxed out my th8 and build everything new in th9 and upgraded them to th8 levels aswell (apart from x-bow left it as it and king and queen to level 20) I also upgraded my lab so new upgrades will start automatically, kept and eye on that account through my first account, it is not worth it.
Maybe try mass lava hounds next with rages that would be interesting with all the lava pups.
I am very curious to know what will happen if you create a brand new account and never train any troops (Deploy all the barbarians in goblin map). Will there just be barbarians to destroy your own base? I really wanted to know what would happen with healers, Great video!

If you have an army of wall breakers and then you run out of walls to destroy, your wall breakers will start to attack buildings, so please do this with wall breakers and keep going with deploying them until you have destroyed all walls and also all buildings, that’d be cool

You have to try to do it with TH 6 or below.
In low TH without heroes or in high TH with weird troops, such as only goblins or only wall breakers or only golems.
And something I don't know, it seems that the game provides you with your last army before the healers, you should try to use only healers before going offline, or in a low HT not use any army.
It's "Th" not "Ht"
I understood that you attack with the last army you use, not necessarily the one you have trained
set up a base with a box (3 layers probably) that troops can be dropped in. set your army to archers (weak hp) and surround the box with splash to farm troop drops
If you maxed out and only had the TH to upgrade would it continue to only do the TH for you or would it do the TH and place things for you / upgrade things, or would it just do nothing as we've never seen it upgrade a TH

The auto upgrades feature will be awesome if you had a town hall 15 base with only town 14 max defenses walls etc..... But expect for the laboratory, barracks and spell factory which should be town hall 15 max

I recently came back after being gone since Clashmas 2018, and it did upgrade all my stuff but not my Town Hall and resource collectors.
I had a old max level th6 account that I was in the middle of upgrading the th to 7 that i forgot about and stopped playing clash for 2 years I just remembered it and it is now a fully max th7

I left my account for 4.5 months at medium rushed TH8. After that I got a near max TH8 with just a few bomb upgrades and great boosts. I am just suffering on my builder base because that is rushed AF at BH6.
I honestly didn’t know of this feature…how cool is this!

Judo i had a query as you said it happens only once a year so i left clash of clans some years ago and opened it in october of 2020 and there was the auto uograde triggred but i burnt out in like 10 months and left coc in july of 2021 so if i download it now will the auto upgrade be triggered or not
When it says once a year, it means it have a year of cooldown or basically after a new year its cd is down?
Maybe try 150 wallbreakers next time. Since they don't attack buildings you should be able to use quite a lot of them

I did this unintentionally on all 4 of my accounts😂 My th10 upgraded a bunch of stuff including my heroes almost to max from level 32 each, and all my cannons are level 12 now with both of my infernos being maxed now. My 3 th13's also got the auto upgrade but I'm not sure what upgraded. Unfortunately my main nearly max th13 didnt trigger this event but all other bases did even though they were all inactive for the same amount of time

I'm testing that right now actually, but with a th13. I can leave an edit in a year or so and let you know its how going.
Edit 1: I realised it will take a while to get it up to th13, so I'm gonna stick with th9. I also have lv1 accounts from th2-8 where I'm testing the auto uppgrade feature. So that's still something. I will leave annother edit once I start seeing some results.

I would recommend to train a barch army so you can deploy like thousands of barbs and archers but it depends on you so its your wish.

You got 400 DE from season rewards because the base you dumped troops on had DE on the out side and a dragon attacked it, so you have 400 season DE
