Doom Eternal is a game. This is one of the ingame, vocal-less soundtracks on this game. Alex basically "read" the structure of the track and wrote the lyrics appropriate to the flow of the track.
At least, I assume it's done this way, in my logics.

You should definitely check out BFG doom eternal cover by Alex terrible it’s epic and the one he did before this one the song itself was amazing in the game but Alex’s added vocals just make it so much better

There’s a band I would recommend calling falling in reverse. They are super cool. Especially their lead vocalist Ronnie Radke. If you want a newer song there’s popular monster, the trilogy(losing my mind, losing my life, and drugs), I’m not a vampire revamped, voices in my head. If your want some older songs there’s alone, gangsta’s paradise, just like you, chemical prisoner, asshole, carry on, and fair weather fans.

As to how he breathes during this, I think it is pretty obvious that this isn't the take that was recorded. It was probably recorded and had some post production done and this is effectively him lip-syncing (even if he is actually singing, whatever he is doing in the video isn't the audio we are hearing...there are about half a dozen areas where his video doesn't sync up with the audio). Still one of my favorites
