Good job. Ty for this. There is also the Eldrich Battery helmet Devouring Diadem which will save a few skill points while giving even more Energy Shield (+ Feast of Flesh which is huge for sustain and survivability).
BTW, I just recently equipped this helm on the build, and can confirm it completely fixes all the mana issues + solves some of the reservation problems. It's probably not the optimal endgame solution, but it's pretty good.
this is the better solution those skill points is so important just to reach the eldritch battery

For the current patch we just use caustic for easy farming and tankier packs like elites rated and bosses we just use TR unless rocking quill rain ? Then drop quill for a better now after early mapping? Keep up the great work! Best tr info on the tube!

I'm playing this in 3.24 and have kind of melded this version with Ben's, and made a few tweaks of my own to solve the mana/ES issues. It's a fun build. Still a way to go to get to true endgame, and I feel it's going to lack the damage output I'm used to (i.e. Poison Cap = 41.5 million DPS), but it has a bunch of QoL that is really nice.

league started this and found manaforged arrows doesnt seem to trigger with eldrich battery so had to swap that setup to a totem for wither.

Not sure if you noticed but , you cannot use mana forged arrows if you go EB , because its requires you to spend certain amount of MANA , and you are spending ES instead . have a question , if you dont wanna farm ubers or T17 with that setup , wich i like btw , isnt better to get more dps and speed? i dont think you need that much tankiness this league.... there is no wisp anymore , only in one keystone . I'd probably go with a ballista setup to replace the manaforged arrows setup. As for your question, if you want to farm Ubers, a single target setup would probably involve 2 Toxic Rain setups. 1 as the main 6-link and the other will be a focused ballista setup. The cluster jewels will also have Unholy Grace, Wicked Pall, and Unwaveringly Evil (instead of Wicked Pall + Unspeakable Gifts, which I like to use for map clear)
I was planning to league start but the prices on your crafting video scared me a bit. Is this expensive to use or was that the super top end stuff?
Toxic Rain is definitely affordable to get started with. The crafting video I shared was for all the endgame items I crafted in Affliction League.
I did get a couple of suggestions that would cut the crafting costs for the endgame belt and quiver by quite a lot however (which were arguably my most expensive crafts). But I'll be testing those out in Necropolis league.
How HCSSF friendly is this? For league starter

If you don't consider TR ballistas as S tier, what builds would you recommend, both low and high budget this league?
Probably some sort of archmage mana stacking hierophant. Ball lightning seems strong both early and in the lategame progressions
Does anyone know if it's possible to run TR without EB by using 10% reduced mana cost mastery, 30% mana cost convert to life mastery, 2x -8 non channeling skills maybe some mana on hit or low level clarity?
Tested it out with 2x -7 non-channeling + 10% reduced mana cost mastery + 30% mana cost convert to life mastery, and it doesn't sustain mana really well. If you really want to go with the mana route, it might also require the -8 non channeling on the amulet as well (or mana on hit like you mentioned)
Do you already have plans for your Manaforged Arrows Link? This link is not triggered with Eldritch Battery.
If I decide to run EB, it looks like the build will have to return to using Ballistas for inflicting Wither and Culling. Probably won't be a focused ballista setup since it's not meant for damage but rather utility
@@TheVictor003ok this answer my first question in the top , anyways , i think MFarrows is stronger than blessing , the frenzys and ramp are just too gud , specially when you can add a blind gem and get cap evade like in my version , did you try it with no EB?

Hmmm , im not sure pob is calculating the new flask changes right. The flask changes should really affect builds that are not res cap to 90%. I guess its easier to get a higher max ele res now with the new flask with far less investment which is great.
For example: res cap at 75% old vs new flask
Old flask calculation from a 1000 fire damage hit would be ((1000)×(1-0.20))×(1-0.75)
=200
New flask would be
((1000)×(1-(0.75+.05))
=200
Even with the increased effect, similar damage mitigation is seen. On the 90% ele res builds are affected with the change

I haven't really played enough strong builds to know what qualifies as S tier, but I think it's pretty good for leaguestart progression. Definitely not a strong uber boss farmer but I like using it to farm maps mainly.
