Personally met Phil in Malaysia while they were getting ready at the pitstop for the racers. He took time out to talk to myself and my young daughter(with pictures), he correctly guessed I was Canadian and a former hockey player.
He's exactly the same off camera as he is on camera.

I wish that CTV would cancel the television show Amazing Race . The show is garbage.
