Omg, after watching the video a dozen times, I see it now.
Enrique starts off as a little boy, spending time with his first crush before she moves away. The audience is seeing his daydream, as him as a grown man, sitting in a hotel room (see the hotel-looking lamp and bed, no furniture.) He traveled to get to this town (looks like Miami, maybe the town she moved to) and stayed in a hotel. He went to the club where the girl was going to be. She gets ready for the date, he drives to the club, she gets him to chase her down to find her in the club instead of coming to him, like she did when she tapped him on the shoulder then hid behind the tree as a kid. As soon as he sees her, the electric feeling comes back. They go back to her house, first scene with the ice is in the kitchen, then they move to the bedroom. They spend the night together, and afterwards Enrique is like "mission accomplished."
It shows him as a little boy in the end, because this whole video is a fantasy he has a a little boy about his first crush: finding the girl when he is a grown up man, with a cool gto car, money and an exciting life. Since the blonde girl looks like the type of girl Enrique is known to date, if this is actually is a dream he had as a little boy about life as a grown up, it would suit Enrique's "young forever" persona. It ends with boy Enrique saying "I'm going to get ya, yeah" As a point of view, the audience watching is the young girl, and that's the last thing he says to her before she moves away. He's got a plan of how he is going to find her when he's old enough.
