I’ve climbed quite a bit in high school and first year of college, it was a lot of fun but then a lot of my friends stopped going and so I stopped as well. Highest I’ve done was a V4 which would be a 6a for bouldering I think and then top rope was 5.10b or c which would be like 6a or 6b I guess

I used to climb a lot. I think I got to level 7, but I was very lightweight and fit back then. Yeah, you lose chunks of your fingers and palm until they're conditioned. It's pretty gross when entire chunks of your hand blister and then fall off leaving gaping holes in your skin. Don't overdo it! And you should also try bouldering and buildering. And yeah, doing it with friends is the way to go. The key to harder climbs is to plan ahead, focus, keep your body stable, and eventually master advanced movements like heel hooks.

I expect most people to feed a little in their first few games as riven where as aatrox can miss literally all of his abilities and still win lane
Plus aatrox has healing vs riven shields healing is much easier than Sheila's
Aatrox has massive aoe riven has smaller aoe with faster movement which is mechanically complex
Riven requires confidence when the enemy is in kill range aatrox you close your eyes mash buttons and you will win trades

nice man, u need powerful core for rock climbing trust me , I had very good body and in shape working out for 10 yr, after doing rock climbing I found some part of my body have muscle that I shouldn't believe , core muscle are so hard to grow and train....btw don't rush for gaining weight , u will gain weight with good diet just be patient...u will grow muscles (and self confidence) in 6 months...after that real works starts , just enjoy and endure
