I'm surprised people are still reacting to my battles/videos. 😂 Thanks for the kind words! I did have some issues with the mic, as well as my breath control. Barely had any monitors so I was pushing really hard to hear myself. I can't blame the judges for voting against me considering I was told that a lot of the crowd couldn't even hear me, they have to take it for what it sounds like and not what it should sound like.

I went to this 21GBB and elisii got the "bad mic", that one sounds less powerfull that the one that Alem had, so you can imagine, if Alem is a powerfull beatboxer and elisii has a weak mic, is obviously a clear diff. Same problem happend to Colaps against Vocodah at the 1/8, but in that battle the judges notice the mic issue and they vote for Colaps knowing he was having those mic problems.

People were saying that the people at the back couldnt hear elisi and the judges said it was difficult to hear him so thats the only reason why he lost. Alem is the r Goat tho
@@zelsium.4247 That's on whoever was responsible for the sound check, the entire event could've gone a different way if they had proper EQ. It's pretty disappointing to see someone who's clearly more prepared and skillful get disqualified because of something that they can't do a single thing about.
@@foxxo8349 they had an entire day dedicated to sound check before the event I believe, there’s really nothing anyone can do about it. I almost think that they should just switch to Sm7b’s, they’re much better than the dynamic mics and don’t cut out
you can argue that for online battles, but in live power definitely matters
I remember hearing that there were mic problems with elisii. Usually elisii's liproll hits really hard but the audio here kinda supports the claim that there was a mic issue.
i watched this battle live on ytb and if i remember well the mic elisii was using had technical problems, because of that his sound was not coming up that strong, i think judges considered that on their decision. feels unfair to me, it's not elisii's fault

There's a rumor that Elisii mic was fcked up and I also thought that too because his sounds were always clean and strong like in every eliminations and every wildcards he did.he's one of the cleanest beatboxer with those many techs.It's sad that he always got robbed.

Elisii's mic was quieter at the venue. Sinjo's mixing made it sound much better than it did live. Under the sound of the crowd, you couldn't even hear elisii at all. It's why you can see alem "trying to hear" in the 2nd round. Elisii should've won if his mic was turned up and you could hear his liprolls and his snares came through properly

Been a big fan of Elisii for a while but he never seems to get a break, seen him do some fire routines but never seems to place or progress.
I’m pretty sure there was mic issues at this tournament - I think they should go back to sharing one mic, then you know in that aspect they’re playing on a level playing field. 🤷♂️

I agree, elisii should have won especialy considering his bad microphone. The part that sets the tone for elisii his win the most imo is Alems try of countering Elisii in the 2nd round saying "easy easy" and then completely butchering the counter making elisii's round even more powerfull and earning Alem minus points. This was a clear win for Elisii

This is what I think the judges would be thinking....don't try to do technical stuff against Alem he's the god of technicality. While Elisii round sounded better, it probably was not more technical. The judges are pretty good at spotting these technical things maybe just the patterns and timing changes Alem does is just harder. I wouldn't know but most likely what they were thinking

For me, it's a clear win for Alem..
From what i've heard, there was a microphone issue in this gbb where Elisii's mic was broken and the sounds would not come out as intended, Elisii is a very powerful beatboxer aswell but live it had almost nothing, in the second round he tried to force his beat to be more loud but it did not work.
but the controversy from what i have heard is that the same mic was used during the Colaps vs Artist (Vocodah) where Colaps had the broken microphone, but the judges judged it purely on what it would have sounded like if the mic had no problems. But in this case they did not and chose Alem because he was "more" powerful in this moment. Which if true is really not fair at all for the artist. That is why in the video general consensus is that Elisii should have won. Dont take this for granted its only rumors that i have heard from beatboxers and other reactors from this event.

I love Elisii, but I fully disagree that his first round was better than Alem's first round. That said I would give the second round to Elisii. :)
