The "Give Me An Answer" ministry began as an outgrowth of the dialogues Cliffe Knechtle has had with students on various university campuses throughout the United States. These universities include the University of Maine, Harvard, MIT, University of Florida, University of Texas, University of Wisconsin, University of Minnesota, University of California Los Angeles, University of California San Diego, Berkeley, Stanford, University of Hawaii and the University of Washington. Cliffe spoke on these campuses in front of the Student Union or Library at noon for five to ten minutes. At the close of his initial remarks, he'd open up the time for questions and answers, which usually turned into a two to four hour dialogue with students. His crowd size ranged from 25 - 500 students at a time, and between classes, new students would join the discussion. This is an extremely effective way to reach a large number of university students with the Gospel of Christ.

People are always so quick to say "if God is all powerful and good then why does He allow evil" well mainly because He's patient. If He wiped all evil out, are you confident you wouldn't be wiped out? By His standard you may very well be washed away by your own logic.

I grew up in the streets, the streets raised me and made me a gangster, I was a blood, I sold dope. Been in shoot outs, fights, in and out of jail since age 17, I robbed people and got robbed. I was a drunkard, fornicator, I use to club and pop pills, but i had a encounter with JESUS while in jail facing 5-10 years.. and JESUS made me over again at age 23.. 8yrs later hallelujah I'm still free and born again, JESUS a mighty deliverer bless his Holy name

Isaiah 48:17 I am your Lord and Redeemer who teaches you what is best for you and show you the way to go. God will teach you what is best for YOU. Just keep on desiring to know him. Also, God is revealed when you read his words with a desire to genuinely know him.

Sometimes the noise about religion can make us blind to character of Christ, I saw students who had a taste of water so refreshing they wanted to experience Christ for themselves instead of running off they stayed to listen. I pray Jesus touches each and every one of them and fills them with hunger to desire Him.

@@ToThePointCT Not everyone is so close minded and disrespectful. Some people really aren’t sure what to believe and may just be testing the waters and asking questions to get to know more. Some people have also heard certain things about a religion and just want to get a second opinion or clear some things up if what they heard was wrong. I do agree that it seems like most *are* just there to argue and try to prove him wrong, but it doesn’t mean that they are *all* disrespectful for just standing and listening to him speak. The bad apples don’t speak for the group as a whole.
@@ToThePointCT when a child grows up and starts questioning his faith he asks his priest or his teacher. If he has a teacher like Cliffe his faith would be restored, if he has a teacher who just wants to shut him down he will not learn and lose more faith.

Believe in Allah and the messenger of that time. You can be a Christian and still have the same belief as Muslims do but there are so many Christians have different version to trinity. for healing my heart during a heart attack!
On March 26th 2022,
just past midnight,
I was laying restless in bed,
and I had a heart attack.
My arms and legs became tingly and numb,
then my chest got tighter,
and then my heart felt like it was being crushed.
So I sang out to God and Jesus,
about my pain, my feelings,
my faults and my inabilities.
As I sang, I began to feel like a river,
and a hand was on my back,
it's fingers where skimming the surface,
separating the waters,
causing ripples through my body.
Then the hand reached inside my chest,
lit my heart on fire,
and the heat moved like waves through my body.
When I was done singing,
all the pain was gone,
and I looked at the clock,
it was past 1am,
I had been singing near an hour.
Then the voice of my guardian angel called my name from above,
and there was a hymn of energy in the air,
the same hymn I hear in my dreams of God.
Hallelujah to the Lord my God for healing my heart!

Jesus Christ answered my cry to Him in August 1984. I am 64 years old. Yes, the evidence definitely points to Jesus being the way, the truth, and the life. I have 64 years of life experience around Christians and non- Christians, and my own experience. Much reading, and observing what believing in Jesus does in people compared to atheism and teachings which contradict what Jesus said. I can say that Jesus has made all the difference I needed. I am not wealthy in this world but all my true needs are met, and my heart and mind have an anchor in Jesus that nothing else ever provided. Knowing Jesus is everything and I can't wait to see Him.

He speaks in a way that people really listen. That’s such a hard skill to master. He’s a good listener and speaker. That’s really rare. I’m sure he has confrontational conversations at times but all the videos I’ve seen he really commands the audiences attention.

As a Christian that was struggling with understanding Jesus, I fell so much more in love with Him when He revealed His truth to me. And that is available to every single person. One of the strongest evidences in Jesus being who He claimed to be, is the Old Testament and what it said about Him. Two of my favorites is Isaiah 53 (prophecy of Jesus as the lamb/first coming) and psalm 110 (prophecy of Jesus as the lion/second coming/revelation). I wish more Christian’s argued these things to people struggling with trusting Jesus. It helped me a ton. Thank you Jesus for your overwhelming evidence that you provided for us ALL to see! ❤

Exodus 12:49; Numbers 15:15-16; Isaiah 56:6 is Romans 11:23-25 Grafted Into the body of Israel not a separate body from that.
If you care if your belief Isaiah is an accurate “prophecy” do some scholarly research then decide. It is to be remembered that the prophets of the Hebrew Bible are not predicting things that are to happen hundreds of years in advance. They are speaking to their own contexts and delivering a message for their own people to hear, about their own immediate futures;
The author is not predicting that someone will suffer in the future for other people’s sins at all. Many readers fail to consider the verb tenses in these passages. They do not indicate that someone will come along at a later time and suffer in the future, they are talking about past suffering. The Servant has already suffered - although he “will be” vindicated. And so this not about a future suffering messiah.
In fact, it is not about the messiah at all. This is a point frequently overlooked in discussions of the passage. If you will look, you will notice that the term messiah never occurs in the passage. This is not predicting what the messiah will be.
It is important as well to note that Jews *never* interpreted this passage as referring to a future messiah and was never read messianically. Until the Christians began doing so, as a prediction of Jesus. When they did so, they were saying that the messiah fulfilled a passage that no one had ever thought was talking about a messiah.
Isaiah 53 - is one of four servant songs of Second Isaiah. And so the question is, who does Second Isaiah himself indicate that the servant is? A careful reading of the passages makes the identification quite clear: “But now hear, O Jacob my servant, Israel whom I have chosen” (44:1); “Remember these things, O Jacob, and Israel, for you are my servant” (44:21); “And he said to me, ‘You are my servant, Israel, in whom I will be glorified” (49:3).

I can not stop sinning=smoking. Even if I faste=stop eating. I could only take 3 days off without food. My life is pretty lonely and now I have a sick "husbond" who dont eat for 3 days till now and have problems with breathing and only sleeps every day. He can not go to work and doesnt wanna see a doctor. He says he would want to die every day. And my Mother nearly eat eighter and goes down in weight because of depression and anxiety. .
I absolutely love the way he explains things & listens with respect. I think that his way of teaching & discipleship will reach so many more than those that open with, "you are a sinner..." He is honest about sin, but doesn't scare people with it.
I'm not sure he really listens though, right? Because _every_ major argument for a god's existence makes mistakes, logical errors called "fallacies". And bad logic isn't evidence, so these mistakes are really critical reasons why nobody should be convinced a god exists (because we don't have evidence, and knowledge _requires_ evidence). So he listens as a way of _responding_ to the person, but I don't feel he's really interested in truth (it'd be quite hard for him to be interested in truth; his well-being presumably rests on how many people he can convince of this bad idea).

We have evidence of the way the Earth formed, which you can find by looking at the references section of the "history of earth" article on Wikipedia. So we know how the Earth formed.

I absolutely appreciate the intelligent arguments. I appreciate how patiently and especially clearly every answer is broken down. The way the truth is delivered is amazing. Not preachy or teachy, not lectury. He talks to the students with a genuine attitude of "it's so important to understand this".
What I love about this guy is he gives hard truths but retains compassion and understanding for people. I can tell this guy genuinely cares about others from the bottom of his heart and it shines through in his concise answers. I think he's one of the better street preachers seen on social media. I sincerely believe that far too many care more about correcting people and overturning error but at the cost of the hearts and souls of the sinners. They seem to bulldoze people and be indifferent to them and even argumentative in a fleshly and defensive way, because they are offended on behalf of God where God himself is not offended at people. This guy may not be perfect, but he's like a Ray Comfort. And even I have a little bit of overall critique regarding Ray but Ray and this guy both really love people a lot. When you are coming from that place, then yes, by all means go out there and preach the gospel and warn souls. But if not, don't you dare attempt trying to speak the truth unless the Holy Spirit overtakes and possess you to do so. Anyone can speak the truth, but we are instructed to speak the truth in love. Truth without love is counterproductive to the winning of souls and advancing of God's kingdom. It harms people, causes further divide and dissent, and ultimately brings about the inception of doctrines of demons that woefully imbed our culture beyond the church walls.

There's nothing post-modern about it. These 𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐞 ideas and thoughts have been expressed by students going way back. I can remember when I was a college student back 42 years ago, these kinds of things and more were being said and I was a young Pentecostal Christian back then, this was long before I became an atheist.
I see nothing new here at all, just history repeating itself, give or take the change in style, clothing, mannerisms etc. In fact, ironically, even the book of Ecclesiastes in the Bible says this in chapter 1:9 "That which has been is what will be, that which is done is what will be done, and there is nothing new under the sun". I AGREE with whoever wrote that, whether it was King Solomon as it is claimed or someone else, the fact still remains true.
The book of Ecclesiastes is actually the only book out of all of books of the Bible where the author seems to be in touch with reality and the author even questions God at one point. This is why I like it so much, I have always liked it, even when I was a Christian I read this book more than most of the others, it's what kept me hanging on to it for so long.

I like the way there are questions being asked, and we hear other people's points of view. I like listening to videos like this. I honestly do not read the Bible, but I always talk to God. I believe in him, and I understand a lot. I understand he died in the cross to forgive us from sin and to give us a chance to believe in him so that we can have eternal life. I would rather have hope and believe in God than no hope at all. I wish I could live forever. The universe is mind-blowing to just live a short time 😔

@@zaydevans2077 Jesus’ disciples all died for their testimony of Jesus. The external source likely would have been Plutarch who didn’t write much about Jesus and certainly didn’t die for Jesus so his testimony is not as helpful when it comes to deciding the validity of Christ.
There isn’t scripture that says Jesus’ disciples treated everyone equally. You can’t cherry pick that because it isn’t even a verse. They treated people with love and dignity but no one is truly equal except for the fact that we’re all sinners.

I love how he explains things he really studied the Bible. I have not been to church. But I am reading the Bible and plan to read it a second time. I want to understand it throughly. I commend you for studying the gospel, I also reccomend you to find a good, trustworthy group or Church (community), "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them." Matthew 18, 20.
I’ve studied the Bible for about 10 years and have read a lot of study helps and books about the Bible, and I recently discovered a book called Dispensational Truth by Clarence Larkin and it is hands down the best I’ve ever read. I cant recommend it enough.
Our Lord says (excerpt from Maria Valtorta's Notebooks 1944, pp.322, 327-328): "Idolatry is not just to worship an idol. For Me, idolatry is the worship of anything which is not the True God. Idolaters include savages and many of the civilized who, while knowing that there is One Triune God, worship a thousand idols, ranging from their self to one of their peers, and, along this way, have many altars and false gods named 'money,' 'power,' 'sensuality,' 'rationalistic knowledge.' and so on. For Me, then, both the savage and the civilized are idolaters when they have national or individual forms of worship which are not True.
Man has put a lot of knowledge into his mind. But he is more ignorant than when he was primitive. Man then sought the way of the Lord and inclined his spirit to receive the Lord's Words. Man now seeks everything except what he ought to seek and fills his being with all the most futile and dangerous words; but not with those which would be his life.
Idolaters are those who must know the Most Holy Name of God and Mine, those to whom the Cross is not yet known, those who follow a revealed religion which is not, however, the True Religion, and those who are 'Christians' but not 'Catholics.' The Church is One: the Church of Rome. I am the True God and there is no other. To Me, the whole human race, created by the Father, redeemed by the Son and loved by the Spirit, must give their love and worship.
On a distant Thursday evening, with the wound of betrayal and the echo of My Mother's goodbye in My Heart, with foreknowledge of the approaching complex martyrdom, I, the Son of Man and the Son of God, I prayed for ALL; those who were 'Mine,' those who would become 'Mine' through the Word I had spoken and entrusted to My Friends and Disciples (John 17:20). I prayed for those who, through the heresy of a wretch, would separate from the Living Trunk of the Roman Church, that they might once again be One with It and, thus, with Me and the Father (John 17:21-22). Finally, I prayed for all men because I was dying for them ALL. God, My Father, had entrusted to Me the whole human race. And I want ALL men to be where I am -- that is, in the Father's breast. This would be My Joy, as it is My Aspiration. Pray and suffer, then for these idolaters, who are not in Me or who have gone out through the errors of their forebears or through the error of their minds, made proud by the semblance of knowledge they possess."
Note: Idolaters are among those who are condemned (Rev 21:8).
It is simply impossible for someone to be sinless unless it is God himself.
Jesus is 1/3 of the Godhead and was God incarnate so he was sinless

Maybe there is pain and d suffering because we choose not to help our brothers and our sisters. Pain and suffering exsist because of the hatred in our hearts. It all happens because we have strayed away from our Heavenly Father. We were intended to forgive, to love unconditionally, and support eachother. But we don’t and that is why pain and suffering happens. Evil has touched us all. I hope that boy finds the lord and can let his guard down. God bless.
