  • Jared Connors was a 1st team all-american in 2019 and rightfully so. He has exceptional stick skills and offense prowess for a pole, and is a lockdown defender on defense. Let me know what you guys think down in the comments below and enjoy!

That dude is filthy. I want my LSMs on his aggression level. Awesome stuff from a true playmaker.

Really like the way he double teams. Quick, decisive, and effective.

He steps up in every situation. Just gets in the mix to disrupts plays then creates new ones.

There's definitely an argument to be made that the next Tewaaraton award should go to the best LSM. It usually goes to the best attackman, but LSMs have a full-field impact on the game like no other because they play more defense than most of the best offensive middies while also being huge on faceoffs and creating offense.

Sadly, I don't see the award ever going to an LSM. It'll always be the most entertaining player to the media and that holds true in most sports. For example, the NFL MVP has gone to a Quarterback or Runningback for the last 39 years, except for in 1986 when it went to Lawrence Taylor, who is regarded as the best linebacker of all time

It really sucks how any kind of defense is so overlooked in lacrosse, there are countless amazing defenders and lsm’s that could get as much attention and love as good attackmen and middies

The PC culture has absolutely gutted this sport. Seven minutes of highlights and not one hit, a few pushes and shoves that’s it. I’m glad my son got to play it like it was originally played by Warriors. Now you may as will be watching women’s lacrosse, this is this pathetic.

How has PC culture gutted the sport? You mean player safety?

sadly that’s just how it is, i’m still in high school but i see it happen all the time where a guy is perfectly clean but the kid got hit hard so just because of the kid getting hit hard it’s a fucking flag, so annoying
