Hi Everybody!
On my Barber channel 'theoknoopkapper' you can see all different haircut's (and make-overs) from beautiful people. Im from the Netherlands (Dutch) and make English videos in High definition (HD).

I’m sorry but I can’t agree that this ladies new look is an improvement.
Just randomly came across this video and I agree… such a shame. Her silver hair looked amazing. And classically sophisticated. Why would you do an undercut on an 80 y.o.? It made her look so much older and, sorry, but it took away her sophistication.

I liked her hair colour before. Not crazy for the hairstyle but as long as she’s happy with it.

Me Too, Pretty woman, not crazy about the side of her hair extremely short! I think all she needed was a slight trim, but if she likes it, thats all that matters.

I agree, it’s personal choice. To me I just thought she needed a cut . I feel the new style unbalanced her face but I liked the change of colour, although her natural one is lovely. If she’s happy that’s the main thing.
She is a brave lady and looks good in any case. I prefer her old look though
I’ve seen this guy cut hair before and I didn’t think much of his work. Haven’t changed my mind.

No no no, her hair was BEAUTIFUL before 😟 If it makes her feel better fine but in all honesty women that color their beautiful natural silver/white hair aren't fooling anyone and the upkeep every 3 weeks is a pain. You're as young as you feel, no matter what.
I understand how you feel. I love the colors he did on her, but her color before was good too. I don't have gray hair yet, but I'm not sure when I do if I want to keep dyeing it over and over like you said it seems like a pain. I guess for me it depends on when I start going gray, how it grows in, and what shade it is. I like the more white shade she had. Right now I only do demi permanent color once in awhile because I don't like the harsh root growing back.
It's not to fool people! It's just a choice and judging that is just not your business. If we are willing to do upkeep... it's only our preference. I'm almost 70. I'm an artist and a fashion designer. Coloring my hair is an extension of my creativity and what makes me happy and excited. It ends there.

@@fiveorsixgirls LOL, my dad was 93 when he died and colored his hair and would tell me I looked older then him because let my hair go white, I was 50 when I stopped coloring my hair. Like I said if it makes you feel better then go for it but some women actually look better with natural white hair and they don't know it.

Too short
It all comes down to what looks attractive and pleases the customer. Being able to trust the stylist and the consistency are primary and, I believe, rare. My hair is fine and thinning now in my 80's. I am blessed to have an amazingly thoughtful stylist who has done my hair for the last few years. She is fun. She is caring. She is wise. When I went through the hair loss with my Chemo treatment this year, her tenderness and upbeat attitude was such a blessing. We pretended to do a short Mohawk on me to see what my son would do. He wrinkled his eyebrows and went 👎. Haha! There was not much that could be done, so she nicely buzzed it. It has been slooooowly growing back in the last several weeks, so we might be able to do a fun trim soon. I can hardly wait. My church group were wonderful. My head would itch with a cap on, so they happily encouraged me to remove my cap. Naturally, saying it looked fine that way. The Chemo has worked and I am humbly blessed. Hair stylists that do care can truly make a difference. She has also been through treatment and lost her beautiful hair, so she has travelled that road and knows the quiet emotions that go with awakening to handfuls of hair all over the pillow. The hair stylists are those care givers that are there to rebuild the assurance that it will regrow and it does ... in time.

Poor woman. How could he leave an old face so exposed with no softening anywhere, a harsh completely unsympathetic haircut suitable only for a young man. These kind if hairdressers are all about their own ego, not their clients' best interests.

He always seems to give masculine haircuts... why? You would think women would like some femininity to their hair. That is a good haircut, so far, for and clean cut man.
This is Europe. They don’t have the obsession with long hair like Americans do.

Beautiful lady and hair color. Beautiful lady after. So glad she is happy. For myself at almost 80, I would have kept the silver color and asked for a more feminine, softer style. Shaved heads are too streamlined for old faces, but that’s just me. She’s braver than I.

Theo,Oh Theo, Wherefore art thou Theo? HELP!;!, I lost my husband slightly over a year ago and I have aged so much since then, I look like I'm 103,feel like I'm 93, and I am tired of trying to find where I got all these wrinkles at, when I do find it I will leave them there.😊
I would have cried if you had done this to my hair. No to short hair on older women as every wrinkle shows. Short hair tends to make older women look hard and masculine. Dark hair on older women does the same. We need to look soft and natural

I agree completely. Her natural hair color was beautiful and the short cut does look masculine. Not to mention this is a hair cut that will be so hard to keep up with. It will look terrible in just weeks when the short side grows.It did make her look like she is trying too hard to look younger. Embrace your white hair and go with your age, you earned it. Don't understand why people think older women can't have longer hair and look good with it.
