Aaa the old 72 scale. The best kit that i had lots of fun building back in the day was the revell me-262 night fighter.

That is a good job indeed on such a small scale. I have tried hard to build small kits like this, but 1/72 isn't for me. Great to watch an expert at work though!

This can be a tricky scale for sure my friend, although very rewarding if the kit helps. I do understand that is a scale that isn’t everyone cup of tea 😂. About the expert, I have my doubts 😂😂

looks good, but i'm curious if there are better BF109 in 1:72 around? airfix seem to be the most recent i could find on scalemates, zvezda does one which is quite a bit older
If there is any, Eduard would be the one to have them, I know that they have some in 48 scale not sure if in 72nd
Superb work building/painting the 1/72 Bf109. Too bad you didn't use the pilot figure for the cockpit. Planes look better populated. Also....there was no swastika provided in the decals??? Maybe use aftermarket. Keep having fun.

It’s one of my biggest problems, pilots. I never build with pilots on, but might consider one in future builds. Swastika is not provided on the decals and I have deliberately left out in this build, I have some aftermarket ones but thought to keep this video trouble free :)

What was the final clear coat used?
I have used a Matt coat from ammo mig
is it as good as the 48th scale e4/e7 kit from airfix? cracking job by the way mate
